Chef Kim's interest in food is rooted in her early childhood in Millinocket, Maine. As young as eight years old, she helped her mother cater dinners and weddings.

Kim's education includes degrees in communications and business administration from the University of Maine. She has also graduated from Katharine Gibbs School in Boston. She has continued her education at the Florida Culinary Institute.

Kim has many years of experience working in the restaurant business and knows a great deal about service. She worked for eight years in a four star rated French restaurant in Portland, Maine. Chef Kim has catered affairs including cocktail parties, dinners, and weddings. Kim provides many in- home cooking demonstrations for groups and individuals.

Kim rediscovered her passion for cooking and pursued her dream job as a personal chef. She can now feed (no pun intended) her obsession for cooking and at the same time make others lives easier.

She is licensed, insured and ServSafe Certified with the state of Florida. Kim is also a member of the American Chef Association.
